Breaking barriers of culture and religion, the session drew a diverse audience from Hindu, Muslim, and Christian communities, with nearly 100 individuals gathering at the Bridges Sports Arena in Karachi, seeking solace and holistic wellness.

Highlights from the Event:

  • Meditation: Participants delved into the transformative power of stillness and introspection.

It’s evident that many are grappling with daily stresses but lack the tools to address them. There’s a pressing need for more such sessions to spread awareness, especially among the youth.”

Leena Subhash’s session stands as a beacon of hope towards nurturing individual well-being, particularly among the youth, paving the way for a brighter and more harmonious society.
